Mr. Ajay Kumar Jain (Managing Director) – Founder of the business and head of the JCC family, Mr. Jain possesses over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. Combining experience with high intellect and passion, he is involved in key decision making, exploring new business avenues and providing guidance to the team.
Mr. Vijay Kumar Jain (Whole Time Director) – With an experience of 30 years in the construction industry, Mr. Jain is responsible for managing the administration of the company.
Mr. Animesh Jain (Whole Time Director) – B.E. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from BITS-Pilani and PGP in Family Managed Business, from SP Jain Institute of Management Research, Mr. Jain has over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. He is involved in project execution, exploration of new business avenues and team building.
Mr. Raj Mohan Gupta (Mentor & Techno-Legal Consultant) –Retd. Additional Chief Engineer from PHED Rajasthan, Mr. Gupta has an enriched career of administrative and technical expertise. He mentors the JCC management team in policy making, developing SOPs and monitors the performance of the organization. He has a key role in guiding and consulting the JCC group in legal, technical and statutory matters.
Mr. Mukesh Jain (Projects Coordinator) - With an experience of 30 years in the construction industry, Mr. Jain plays a key
role in business liaison and project administration.
Mr. Sanjay Sutail (DGM Projects) – A qualified professional with degree in B.E. (Civil) and 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Sutail is involved in delivering quality and on time execution of projects. He is involved in training and skill development of the younger technical personnel of the JCC family.
Mr. Gouransh Agarwal (JGM Mech.) – A qualified professional with degree in B. Tech. (Mech.) and three years of experience in the industry, Mr. Agarwal is responsible for managing the fleet of plant & machinery of the organization and delivering time bound project execution.
Mr. Shashank Jain (JGM Projects) – A qualified professional with masters in business administration and experience of three years in the industry, Mr. Jain is responsible for exploring business opportunities in new geographies and time bound execution.
